1. Promoter
These terms and conditions ("T&C") apply to the Philips 50" 4K QLED+ Gaming TV Giveaway (the "Prize Draw"), a promotional game of chance ('sweepstake') entered without consideration. The Prize Draw is provided by Skyworth USA Corporation. To the extent there is a conflict between these T&C and terms appearing elsewhere regarding this Prize Draw, these T&C prevail. This Prize Draw is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Conditions for Participation
- No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Prize Draw. A purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning.
- Eligibility: The Prize Draw is open to legal natural persons residing in the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Promoter and its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates are excluded.
- How to Enter: To enter, a participant must complete the following four (4) actions on Instagram within the Promotional Period:
- Like the official Instagram giveaway Reel posted by @philipstvus.
- Repost the official giveaway Reel.
- Mention three (3) unique accounts ("gamer friends") under comments.
- Follow the official @philipstvus Instagram account.
- Promotional Period: The giveaway opens upon the publication of the Reel and closes on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 12:00 PM PST. No entries submitted after this period will be accepted.
- Entry Limits: Completing all required actions constitutes one (1) entry per natural person. Duplicate or excess entries beyond the initial eligible entry will be excluded without notice.
- Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating, each participant agrees to be bound fully and unconditionally by these T&C and decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or network/technical failures.
4. Designation of Winner & Prize Details
- Winner Selection: One (1) winning entry will be selected at random from all eligible entries using an automated, impartial third-party randomizer tool after the close of the Promotional Period. No participant needs to be present for the draw.
- The Prize: The winner will receive one (1) Philips 50" 4K QLED+ Gaming TV (approximate retail value as set by manufacturer). The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitution or store credit will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value if unavailable.
- Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any applicable local, state, or federal taxes, duties, or fees associated with accepting the Prize.
5. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize
- Notification: The winner will be contacted on Friday, September 25, 2026, by 5:00 PM PST via Direct Message (DM) exclusively from the official Instagram account @philipstvus.
- Scam Warning: The Promoter will never ask for credit card information, bank details, or direct you to register on an external website to claim your prize.
- Claiming Period: The winner must respond to the notification DM within forty-eight (48) hours to confirm eligibility and claim their prize. If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the timeframe, or fails to comply with these terms, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
6. Release and Limitation of Liability
- Instagram Disclaimer: This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any of their parent or affiliated entities. By entering, all participants completely release Instagram/Meta from any liability or responsibility associated with this Prize Draw.
- General Release: Participants release and hold harmless the Promoter and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting directly or indirectly from participation in the sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Any personal information collected during the administration of this giveaway will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and solely for the purposes of managing this giveaway and fulfilling the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for the Promoter to use their Instagram handle and public announcement details for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Governing Law & Disqualification
- Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry found to be using fake/multiple accounts, automated entries, or acting in a fraudulent or manipulative manner.
- Governing Law: This giveaway and these terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state laws where the Promoter operates. Void where prohibited by law.
